Our Newest Addition

So we stumbled upon a new dog! We have been talking about getting a new dog for a while, but we just haven't done it. Well, someone we know knows someone who knows someone that is going to prison for a while so the dog, Max, needed a home. He is a fully house trained 5 year old Boxer and he is really a great dog. He rarely barks, does not chew on anything in the house (although he loves to chew the kids toys they leave lying around outside), and he is so so good with the kids. We have really enjoyed him so far. He is really spoiled and although he knows he is not allowed on the carpet or couches he always tries to sneak on them at night time when no one is watching. We are working on getting him used to sleeping outside so when we are away he can stay in his kennel, but he is absolutely terrified to go in his dog house, I can't figure out why! So once we have those small glitches figured out, we hope it will be smooth sailing from there.
