We had a great Christmas! We did a lot of traveling and we managed to just miss the bad weather most of the time. In fact we were the only ones to make it out of BearLake on Christmas morning, everyone else got caught in the weather. We spent Christmas Eve day and Christmas morning at my parents house and then Christmas morning we drove to Kevins parents house for the rest of Christmas day and Christmas dinner with his family. My mother-in-law makes the best Christmas breakfast and dinner ever, we really enjoy it.
Also my sister, Kyerra, and her family came home from West Virginia for the holidays and we were able to spend some time with them. the kids really enjoyed being able to play with their cousins again and we all got to see the not so new anymore, baby Taeja. She is such a doll, a very beautiful baby. I loved being able to see them all again, I have really missed them a lot. I can't wait until they are able to move closer.
Here we are playing games on Christmas Eve.
Kevin and Logan Dean were both sick on Christmas Eve day so they weren't able to do much. You can see Kevin laying on the couch while everyone else is having fun.Kyerra is helping the kids decorate a cake for Jesus' Birthday. I thought this was a great idea to remind the kids, and the rest of us, of the true meaning of Christmas.Christmas Morning
My husband, Kevin, and I have been married for 10 years. We have 4 kids, Alexis Jade (10), Colin Rich (8), Mercedes Eve (4), and Elliana Belle (4 months). We enjoy spending time together, whether it is camping, movie nights, playing games, swimming or just whatever . Kevin works as a Security Manager for the Cache County School District and I am lucky enough to be a stay at home mom.
